We are pleased to announce the addition of R1Soft Backups to our services included for free with all shared and reseller web hosting services, which allows us to backup customer data 4 times daily. Your data is now being securely backed up four time daily and kept for 1 week on the backup server (28 restore points)!

The backups are customer accessible from cPanel, all you need to do is login to cPanel and login to the backup server from cPanel ( R1Soft Restore Backups icon ) to restore data from any point in time available in our backups.

Does the backup include MySQL DB backups? That would be a huge benefit as well..

Unfortunately the MySQL DB backups are not restore-able on the user-end because of the way cPanel architectures mysql db storage on the server, it's not inside the home directory of the user. But yes, they are backed up at the same interval.
