Semi-Dedicated Hosting

Well, I've been with WireNine for over a year now and I am still very pleased with the service/support. Recently I was told that www.defendingthetruth.com was eating up a lot of the CPU usage on the shared hosting plan, so I had to make the decision to upgrade to the semi-dedicated plan. I could completely understand this as the web sites traffic has been skyrocketing, especially with over 3,000 posts a week.

Since upgrading to the new semi-dedicated plan, my forums have been faster than ever! Users instantly noticed the big increase in performance the day the web site was transferred to the semi-dedicated plan. I am glad that WireNine offers a semi-dedicated plan for high-traffic web sites as a dedicated plan is simply something that I cannot afford right now. I am hoping that www.defendingthetruth.com will continue to prosper so that one day, we will need to upgrade to dedicated hosting. When that day comes, I would hope the Adsense and text-link revenues surpass the costs. haha
