SoftLayer Dallas Power Issues
We seem to be experiencing some issues on the Wire1 and Wire3 server, the data center technicians are looking into it and they should be back online shortly. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The downtime was related to a power issue at the Data center which is being looked at currently.
SoftLayer engineers have detected power anomalies in server room 2 (sr02.dal01). The Emergency Response Team has been notified and engineers are working to identify and resolve the issue. As the situation unfolds, more information will be available via our Forums.

Both servers are back online and responding to ping and SSH requests at this time.
