Both drives on the WIRE2 server are detecting SMART-FAILURE, therefore degrading the array causing high load spikes and server crashes at random times during the past two weeks. We are currently doing a backup of all current customer data and will do a full restore on new drives. This will take downtime for rebooting the server and formatting the new drive as well as restoring all customer data.
As we are currently backups, this may affect the performance of the server. Please bare with us during this, your patience in this matter is highly appreciated. All updates will be posted in this thread, you can subscribe to it if you wish to receive email notifications of any updates being posted.

The backup process was completed.
We have now taken the server offline to rebuild the new array.

All customer data has been successfully restored, we are currently rebuilding apache on the server. All web sites should be back online in the next 20-30 minutes without any errors.
