Lexus Required Maintenance - RAID Alert
The server's RAID array was reporting that it is in a degraded state. Because of this the drive has been replace and the RAID array is currently rebuilding. This should not lead to any down time unless we come across another issue which needs to be addressed. If that is the case we will update this thread.
You may experience a sluggish response from your web site until the RAID rebuild is completed.

The drive we replaced was throwing errors, we've taken the server offline to replace the RAID card. It should be back online shortly.

The RAID controller has been changed and we have started the new rebuild on the RAID array.

There appears to be some issues with the firewall and the new RAID controller, we are working on resolving these issues please bare with us. Thank you.
Due to these drastic events, we have decided to migrate customers to a new server this weekend please see the post in the announcements section of the forums.

We just noticed that /var has gone into a Read-Only status which could be a cause for many of these issues. We will be taking the server offline to perform a forced file system check on /var. Please stand by for updates.

We will be issuing credits to customers for the inconvenience caused because of this. Once the service has been restored, you can contact the billing department to obtain credit on your account.
