Help selling a website

I figured one of the best places to ask for help regarding selling a website would be here . Im thinking of selling my first website, because I just dont have time for the upkeep. Ive posted on webmaster-talk, and have generated alot of interest. (well, 5 people in one day is alot ). The site gets 3000 uniques a month, and ive put the asking offer for 250(usd)

my questions are. a, is that too much or not enough? (because the interested people seem fine with it, so i dont want it to be not enough)

b. once i do agree with someone upon a deal, what the heck do i do?

ive never sold a site, so i dont even know how i would "transfer" the site to them

1. You would get the money.
2. Transfer the domain ownership to them. (Best to contact your domain registrar and ask them exactly what the procedure for that would be. Make sure to delete any CC information from the account).
3. Provide them with all the login details to the web site, ftp, control panel, etc.

I think that's about it

You should get paid whatever the web site is worth, does the web site have any revenue from advertisements?

the revenue wasnt much, probably around 150 dollars, but in fairness, i only put adsense on the forum pages, and didnt always have it there.

ive gotten alot of interest at webmaster-talk.com, so the by-it-now price is 300usd.

anything specific as far as wirenine goes? (the site is hosted here, the dns is set to wirenine's servers)

also as far as login details, should i change all the username's passwords to something temporary?

usually the revenue won't be a huge issue since most new buyers will have thoughts on repositioning the ads and/or adding affiliates.
