Transferring your site to WireNine

We can transfer your site from your current host, only if your current host uses cpanel. We access your domain's control panel and FTP over the full cpanel backup to the WireNine server. We then restore that full cPanel backup on the WireNine server, into your new account.

To proceed with your web site transfer, submit a ticket on the WireNine helpdesk and include your domain, username and password, formatted like this -

yourdomain.com/cpanel

password:

We will begin the transfer of your backup from your old web host and then restore it to your new account on the WireNine server. You will be given your new name servers for your new account with WireNine in the welcome email, you will need to update your domain's name servers at your domain registrar.

It's as simple as that! DNS Propagation will take time to resolve to the new name servers, and your domain will then start resolving from the WireNine server.
